In the bay of Marseille, take a trip to Frioul. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city and its beaches, discover Marseille, its islands and its crystal-clear calanques in just a few strokes of the oars.
This archipelago, steeped in history, faces the city of Marseille, offering a magnificent panorama.
Welcome on Frioul Island (you'll need to arrange your own shuttle).
Briefing on the activity's equipment and getting to grips with it. After an introduction to basic maneuvers to familiarize you with the equipment, you'll launch the boats.
Accompanied by your guide, you'll discover a multitude of creeks and stories on the Frioul site, and get a new perspective on Marseille. You'll cruise from cove to cove, visiting places steeped in history such as the Château d'If, Hôpital Caroline and Ile Degaby.
Supervised by a state-certified instructor + loan of equipment.

Access:
- Plan to take the maritime shuttle from Marseille Vieux-Port (€10.80/pers return).
- Once on the island, head for the cabanon a few meters ahead on the right, along the chemin de saint Estève.
